Sunscreen is an OTC drug: Sunscreen is considered an over-the-counter (OTC) drug. Due the special nature of OTC products, we worked with an FDA-approved partner to select a sunscreen product that we believe fits our client's busy lifestyle (i.e., invisible, no white cast, easily blends with existing face oil and makeup to effortlessly make sun protection a regular part of their daily routine).
Active Ingredients: Avobenzone, 3%, Homosalate 10%, Octisalate 5%, Octocrylene 3%. For full list of all inactive ingredients, see actual packaging.
Use me: Apply daily as the last step in your skincare routine & before makeup. Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours. If swimming or sweating, reapply after 40 minutes. Helps prevent sunburn. If used as directed with other sun protection measures, decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun.
Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: (1) limiting time in the sun, especially from 10am - 2pm, and (2) wearing hats, long-sleeve shirts, pants, and sunglasses.
Warnings: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash, irritation or burning sensation occurs. When using this product, keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Children under 6 months: ask a doctor.
