*Why? Refilling keeps packaging out of the waste stream, reduces multiple shipping & transportation expenses, and costs less per ounce to you.

*How do I clean out my empties? Do not rinse out the bottles. Water attracts bacteria and if not properly dried, contamination can occur. Simply finish your oil and bring in the empty bottle.

*Can I bring an empty Hey Handsome Face Oil bottle and fill it with Green Monster or Goddess Face Oil, for example? Yes! We don’t mind if you don’t mind! The bottle must be a CYDF 1 oz. oil glass bottle, and cannot be another size, brand or component of any kind.

*Will you be offering other CYDF products for refill in the future? Yes! There are some complexities involved so your support & success in this program will help us introduce more CYDF products to our refill program, faster.

Although I LOVE CYDF, this refill program needs a little tweaking. I dropped by the Rea Rd location in Charlotte, NC. Upon arriving inside the store, I scanned the bar code and purchased a refill online. The nice young lady that helped me at the front desk had no way of knowing that I had just purchased the refill. I had to show her the charge on my credit card and then show her a confirmation. There needs to be some kind of confirmation on the store’s end so the front desk staff know the refill has been purchased. I say this is risky because you have some that are not so honest so they could say they have purchased when in actuality, they have not. However, I love being able to purchase the oils at a discounted price. I use them often and happy I do not have to pay so much.

Oil Refills have officially been added to the studio locations as of this morning. You can order it directly at your studio's front desk and get your bottle refilled on the spot :)

Nice to refill, pain to process

I appreciate the ability to refill my face oil and save packaging (and money!). My only complaint is that you have to process it online and wait for confirmation before heading to the store for them to fill it. I tried doing this on a weekend and was told the warehouse only processes during the week so I’d have to wait (most likely a week based on my availability). It would be way better if you could just walk-in and refill at a location.

I love the refill program! So great to save money and much less wasteful when you’re reusing bottles. Super easy to refill! I will definitely be doing this again!
